Professional Staff (Civilian)
The Victoria Police Department offers exceptional opportunities for employment outside of becoming a police officer. Our civilian staff are committed professionals with meaningful careers. The civilians work in conjunction with the police officers, and play an important role in the safety and well being of the citizens of Victoria and Esquimalt.
We offer a safe, diverse, and inclusive workplace. Our benefits and our wellness programs support our staff with the unique challenges of working in policing.
